The main event is scheduled for 2 days on Oct 25 and Oct 26 2025 in Charlotte NC. Please refer to the invitation flyer for more details.

If you are driving or flying from another city, please plan to arrive the prior afternoon or evening (Oct 24) to allow time to settle for overnight stay.

If you are driving or flying from another city, you may leave on Oct 26th after 3 pm or stay overnight and leave the next day.

Yes, 2 options. We have negotiated discounted hotel rooms at a local chain. If you prefer this option, please indicate as such in the registration form. A minimal number of accommodation is being planned for those who requested at devotee’s home during the registration for 2 nights on 24th and 25th. If you need accommodation on Oct 26th night, please reach out to the Event team at (saiclt.maharudram2025@gmail.com). Accommodation assignment will be done and communicated at least a week ahead of the event.

This is being worked out and will be communicated via the registered email / WhatsApp groups. Please indicate the arrival and departure details along with flight info.

Please pack all your medications, no medical assistance will be provided. Sathya Sai Center of Charlotte do not own responsibility for Medical assitance. If you think you are in emergency, please call 911. If you get sick during or prior to the program, please stay back. Usage of Masks are Optional.

Light Breakfast will be served in the morning. Mahaprasadam will be served after the conclusion of event. Water stations will be installed, please bring your reusable water bottles.

As a Rtiwik, you commit to Daily Sadhana which begins from Sep 22 (1st day of Sharad Navaratri) until Oct 23. Daily Sadhana include chanting Shri Rudram , Durga Suktam, Multi Faith Prayers over webex / Zoom. There will be multiple sessions in a day (morning and evening). Ritwiks are encouraged to join at least one session in a day. The purpose of the daily sadhana is to collectively come together and align with thought, word, and deed and offer our best to Swami on Oct 25 and 26. As a Ritwik on Oct 25, you participate in chanting Shri Rudram during the Abhishekam (11 times) and Homam (1 time). It is important to chant (with or without script) to get our counts to 1331 times collectively.

We are forming Volunteer groups for various areas before, during, after the program. The respective coordinator will reach out and explain the responsibilities. In addition, we will send a data collection form to know if you have any special skills which you can offer during the event.

Due to limited bandwidth available at the venue, streaming is not possible. Event recording will be later uploaded to Charlotte Sai Center Youtube channel.

We are working on distributing Vastrams to all Ritwiks. Brothers will be provided Dhoties / Angavastrams and Sisters will be provided Sarees. It is mandatory for Ritwiks to wear the vastrams provided. For Devotees and Volunteers, please follow Sai Attire (Men – White Shirt and White Pants or White Shirt and Khaki Pant ; Women – Saree, Salwars) For Younger children, they can be in appropriate Indian ethnic wear (Boys on White and Khaki and Girls – half saree / salwars). No Tank tops, Shorts please.

Abishekam Teertham , Lingarchana fruit prasadam will be provided for all participants.

There are 2 airports in Charlotte. CLT is the major and closest airport. Alternatively USA Concord Airport has quite a number of budget flights. Please reach out if you have further questions on travel.
